Order Instructions:

3. Shipping is every Tuesday EXCEPT for on-hand items which will be processed within 24 hours from payment confirmation. We'll ship your parcel and send you your tracking number for your reference. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the package to arrive at your doorstep / the courier branch your prefer.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU'LL ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE. YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE IN CASE YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR PRODUCTS REPLACED.

PAYMENTS
1. Check mo 'yung email inbox mo at hanapin ang order confirmation na ipapadala namin pagkatapos mong i-submit ang order mo. Nakalagay dun ang mga items na inorder mo, ang price ng bawat isa, at ang total amount na kailangan mong ipadala sa amin plus shipping.
Nasa e-mail din namin ang payment intructions namin, pati na rin kung kanino ipapadala ang bayad through Money Order / Remittance at ang details ng bank account kung saan ninyo ide-deposit ang bayad ninyo.

2. For bank deposit and money remittance payments, please send us a copy of your deposit or remittance slip once payment has been made para mai-process na namin ang order mo.
3. For Cash on Delivery via Payo (flat rate of Php 120 for domestic shipping), mag chat muna kayo sa amin sa Facebook please para ma-guide namin kayo at maipaliwanag yung proseso bago ninyo i-submit ang inyong order.
4. IMPORTANT: Para iwas hassle po tayo, paki tandaan ang inyong Order ID number at siguruhing tama ang recipient name at shipping address na ilalagay ninyo sa aming checkout page. Please indicate your cellphone number na rin para ma-update namin kayo sa status ng inyong order.
SHIPPING
1. We don't have shipping schedules tulad ng ibang online shops na halimbawa, every Friday lang nagshi-ship. Lahat po ng items namin ay on-hand so we ship out PAID items the following day, right after we've confirmed your payment.
2. Please be informed na ang payment verification namin ay:
BPI Deposit - 12pm to 5PM
Remittance - 12pm to 4PM
That said, please settle your payment ASAP. Any payment made after 5PM (BPI) or 4PM (remittance) will be checked / verified the following day.
We'll ship our your items the next day after payment verification.
3. Tracking Number: We'll give you your tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment online.
4. Please provide your phone number so you'll get SMS notifications about your order.
5. Our responsibility as the seller is to ship out your items once nagbayad na kayo. Once your parcel is in the hands of the courier, we WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE / LIABLE for delays or damages sa item ninyo because of courier problems or weather issues. We can help you follow-up with the courier but please be respectful sa aming mga staff.
